Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski has a choice of 5 one bedroom
villas. Each of these 150 square metre villas is spacious, contemporary
in style and filled with natural light.
Each
villa is set within its own tropical garden having panoramic views over
the Indian Ocean and consists of a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom,
a large lounge/dining room with sliding doors which open onto a private
sun deck, your very own infinity swimming pool as well as fully equipped
kitchenette with complimentary soft drinks and butler service is available
on request.
Each of the one bedroom villas has its very own character and name, while
their artwork, as well as some of the individually selected decorative
items, are inspired by the name of the villa. These are:

Zamani Zanzibar Kempinski - Villa Pemba
Zamani’s
two-bedroom villa is located on the edge of a cliff directly over looking
the azure blue waters of the Indian Ocean. The 250 square metre villa
includes two double bedrooms each with uninterrupted sea-views, a separate
living room with wide sliding-glass doors opening onto a large sun deck
and infinity swimming pool with its water seeming to cascade into the
sea below, a fully fitted kitchenette complete with complimentary soft
drinks.
The
villa’s interior design and furnishings are in classic Zanzibari
style with artwork adorning the walls from renowned local artists.
The master bedroom features a king-size canopied bed, side tables, sliding
glass doors that give way to screen and glass doors and unimpeded views.
The spacious ensuite bathroom comes with a separate shower, large bathtub
and twin vanities looking onto a private tropical courtyard garden.
The
guest bedroom is very similar to the master bedroom in design and furnishings.
It also houses a spacious ensuite bathroom which looks onto a tropical
courtyard garden.

Also known as the Presidential villa, this magnificent 3 bedroom, 300
square metre villa is pure luxury. Discretely isolated from the rest of
the hotel, privacy is absolutely guaranteed.

villa opens onto an extensive sitting room and dining area, with a kitchen,
two guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a very spacious master bedroom
with its own lavish ensuite living room area, spacious bathroom and a
work station/office area with internet access. At the front is a huge
private outdoor terrace with a 20-meter infinity swimming pool overlooking
the Indian Ocean and spectacular entertainment area. Private access to

Flights:
Getting to Zanzibar by Air (from the rest of the world)
At present KLM / Kenya Airways offer international scheduled flights to
Zanzibar (with stop over at Nairobi). Condor offers direct flights from
Germany once a week. There are several charter flights from Italy and
Belgium too.
Several large carriers fly into Dar es Salaam, which is only a short trip
by air (25 minutes) or sea to Zanzibar. Amongst them are British Airways,
Swissair, KLM, Qatar Airways, South African Airways and Emirates Airlines.
From the rest of Africa / Tanzania
Precision Air, Air Tanzania, Zanair and Coastal Aviation offer a more
than ten scheduled flights from Dar es Salaam, Arusha and the Tanzanian
national parks. Good flight connections are also available from Nairobi
and Mombasa with Precision Air and Kenya Airways.
Getting
to Zanzibar by Sea
Several sea ferry companies ply the waters between Zanzibar and Dar es
Salaam four times a day. The trip takes about 1.5 hours.

square metre in size, divided into two large spacious rooms, one being
the living and dining area and the other the master bedroom with ensuite

shower and a separate lavatory. The bathroom also features a delightful
tropical courtyard with outdoor shower, his and hers basins and floods
of natural light.
The
suite has two private balconies, one off the living/dining area and the
other off the master bedroom. Internal stairs lead to a very large private
roof top sun terrace. The Zamani Suite is perfect luxury.
