1 Athens -Friday
Our local rep will meet you at Athens Airport & assist with your
transfer your hotel.
Day
2 Athens (cB) - Saturday
Half-day City sightseeing tour, which will introduce you to the most
important sites of the city. Visit the Acropolis, its outstanding monuments
and museum. Optional tour to Cape Sounion to visit the Temple of Poseidon,
and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. You might want to enjoy the optional
Sound and Light Show at the foot of the Acropolis, prior to dinner at
your leisure.
Day
3 Argolis (cBL) - Sunday
Drive through Corinth crossing the famous canal to Mycenae where visits
are Included to the Lion Gate, Tombs of Agememnon and Clytemnestra,
and the Palace. Luncheon at the seaside resort town of Nauplion. Afterward,
a short drive to the world famous theater of Epidaurus, known for its
perfect acoustics. Visit the museum and Askelpeion. Return to Athens
in the early evening.

4 -Athens - Cruise, Mykonos (BLD) - Monday
Transfer to Piraeus to embark at 11:00 AM on your cruise. Arrive at
the jet set island of Mykonos at later in the day . Time to stroll through
the narrow streets to the sculpture- like church of Paraportiani, or
along the waterfront to the famous windmills, and stop at a café. Ship
departs late evening

5 Rhodes (BLD) - Tuesday
Arrive at 10:00 AM, and have a full day on the "Island of Roses".
You can explore on your own or take a sightseeing tour to the Acropolis
of Lindos and visit the Valley of the Butterflies. You can also visit
one of the nearby beaches for a swim , only a short taxi ride from town.

6 Kusadasi, (Turkey), Patmos (BLD) - Wednesday
Arrive 7:00 AM at Kusadasi, the popular Turkish port and gateway to
the ancient city of Ephesus. Optional tour to Ephesus. Midday departure.
Late afternoon arrival at the island of Patmos. Here you can visit the
Monastery of St. John, where the book of Revelations was written.

7 Heraklion,Crete
Santorini. (BLD) - Thursday
Arrive at 7:00 AM at the port of Heraklion. Opportunity to visit the
unique 5000 year old museum, or optional tour to the three-story Minoan
palace of Knossos. Or explore on your own the Venetian part of the old
town. Depart late morning. Arrival at Santorini in late afternoon, where
you will have 4 hours to explore the winding narrow streets of the main
town of Thira, after taking a donkey ride or funicular to the top of
the cliff. This volcanic island offers breathtaking views of the Aegean.

8 Piraeus/ATHENS/Rome (B) - Friday
Morning arrival in Piraeus. Transfer to the airport for your flight
to Rome
Arrive
in Rome and transfer ( included ) to the hotel.
Dinner is included at the hotel. Evening at leisure. Depending on the
season/month we'll confirm a specific hotel at the time we receive your
booking.
DAY
9 - Saturday - ROME - ASSISI - SIENA - FLORENCE (BD)
Continental Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed on your own to the tour
coach terminal, we'll provide you with the address & departure times.
Early morning departure for ASSISI, the mystic town of Saint Francis
still surrounded by ancient walls. Visit the Basilica of Saint Francis
with its early Renaissance masterpieces by Giotto and Cimabue. Proceed
on to SIENA, the beautiful medieval city renown for the Palio. Then
on to FLORENCE. Dinner and overnight. Hotel
Grifone or similar

10 - Sunday- FLORENCE (BD)
Continental breakfast. Guided sightseeing tour of the cradle of the
Renaissance. Visit the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of
Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery of St. John,
the Academy of Fine Arts Gallery housing the "David" by Michelangelo,
and Santa Croce, the 13th century Franciscan church with Cimabue's famous
crucifix. Rest of the day at leisure for optional sightseeing or shopping.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day
11 - Monday- FLORENCE - PADUA - VENICE (BD)
Continental breakfast. Departure for Padua, where you will visit the
famous Cathedral of St. Anthony, guarded by Donatello's Gattamelata.
Continue on to Venice and upon arrival enjoy a walking tour of this
unique city. You will see the Piazza and Basilica of St. Mark, the Doge's
Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and the Prisons. Then visit a glass factory
to see the molding of glass. Hotel Continental - Amadeus in Venice
( or similar) . Dinner and overnight.
Day
12 - Tuesday - VENICE (BD)
Continental breakfast. Day at leisure for optional tour to the islands
of Murano, Burano and Torcello by motor-launch or for shopping. Dinner
and overnight.

13 - Wednesday- VENICE (B)
Buffet breakfast. End of our service. Bon Voyage.

Greek Cruise - Clothing on shore:
Look forward to warm, even hot weather with some
cooler breezes at night.
Especially for shore excursions, we recommend loose, comfortable cottons
or other lightweight clothing.
Some of the tours involve long bus rides and/or considerable walking, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
Please bear in mind that shore excursion coaches are air conditioned and you may wish to bring a light sweater.
On tours that include visits to places of worship, shorts and bare shoulders are not permitted.
