1 , Athens.
Choose Your Own Date : May - Nov
Arrive at Athens Airport, where our representative
will meet you, and assist with the transfer to your hotel . Morning
arrivals for guests flying from Europe or the east coast of the
USA may connect same day to Mykonos if so desire and have Athens's stay
at the end or eliminate Athens completely.
Day
7 , Private Tour - Athens (BL)
A morning private sightseeing tour takes us to all the high points :
The Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, Syntagma Square, The Parliament&
The world famous Acropolis and its new museum . Lunch is included in
a charming local restaurant . Afternoon walking tour of the charming
Plaka .
Day
3, Athens - Mykonos (B)
Early morning transfer to the pier at
Piraeus to board the ferry boat heading for Myconos. And your selected
hotel. We'll have a representative on hand to meet you, and check you
in to your hotel. Relax! Reserve
some time to stroll the cobbled lanes of Mykonos, to sip an ouzo or
a retsina at a waterside cafe, to discover a beach or two, to pick up
a loaf of fresh bread and cheese and olives, and picnic on a hillside
as you look out to sailboats at sea.
Day 4 , Mykonos (B)
The
day is totally yours. There's no need to venture beyond the grounds
of your lovely hotel. But on the other hand, there's plenty of reason
to do so, starting with 350 whitewashed churches and chapels, dramatic
cliffs, blue seas, and secluded beaches.
Day 5, Santorini (B)
We'll rendezvous in time to take you
to your morning ferry heading for Santorini ( business Class ) . On
arrival, we'll see that you're checked in to your hotel.
Santorini Hotel/Apartments/ Villas
Day 6 , Santorini (B)
Enjoy
breakfast at your lovely hotel and linger for as long as you wish. When
you venture out, explore the cliff top town of Thira with its winding
paths leading from view to spectacular view. We offer an optional tour
to the archaeological site of Akrotiri, reputed to be the center of
the lost civilization of Atlantis. Sample

Day 7 , Santorini or Athens (B)
Morning transfer to the airport for your flight back to Athens .
If your flight on Day 8 is an afternoon one, then you may stay tonight
in Santorini if you prefer, then connect on Day 8 to Athens.
If you fly today to Athens Airport , proceed on your own to the Airport
location hotel : Sofitel Athens Airport.
Day
8 , Departure From Santorini or Athens (B)
Enjoy
a leisurely breakfast at your hotel. We'll pick you up and see you to
Santorini Airport.
For those who may have flown on Day 7 into Athens Airport and checked
into : Sofitel Athens Airport, check-out
& proceed on your own to the next door Athens Airport .

We just wanted to let you know we made it back home after our weeklong
detour through Italy. Athens was fantastic. The tours were very good,
and short of heading out to the islands, I can't think of a single thing
we would have rather done while there.
Although we had an excellent time in Athens, Egypt was by far the highlight
of our entire trip, including Italy. We just can't say enough about
Ahmed, Isis, Ashraf, and all our drivers. We simply could not have done
the trip without their help. Ahmed was very professional, courteous,
and helpful, and always went out of his way to make sure we
were where we needed to be at the right time. Our Egyptologist guides,
Isis and Ashraf, were both very knowledgeable and made our visit so
much better with their endless supply of information. We wore out both
days long before they did. We will definitely try to come back to Egypt
when we have more time to spend.
Thank you so much for arranging the trip, allowing us to customize what
we needed to, and putting us in touch with such good people. And please
find attached pictures of us enjoying a camel ride. :-)
