The Auto Europa rates include :

* Unlimited mileage

* T.L.W. (Theft Loss Waiver)

* P.A.I. (Personal Accident Insurance): + IVA per day

The rates don't include:

* Refill the tank before returning the car or add : Refueling service fee 11 Euros + the gas + IVA 20%

* Any personal charges or supplementary costs that you may choose to add , any traffic violations, any   parking tickets, gas, and any item that is t is not specifically mentioned in the "included" items .

* Additional driver : 3 Euro per day + IVA 20% , of course the additional driver must meet as well the   minimum age as well as valid license requirement.

* Cars picked-up in Italian Continent and dropped-off in Sardegna( Sardinia) please add Euro 230 + IVA  20%

* No show or canceling within 2 weeks prior to arrival / rental date , the charge is €uro 150 + IVA 20 % tax.


* Luggage racks, sky racks, baby seats and snow chains: we'll be glad to provide costing based on the items you need IVA (20%) tax will still need to be added.

* All driver,must present a valid ID ( passport), valid driver license and , one credit card upon check in to pick   up the car.

* Additional fee for : Snow/ Tire Chain*        Baby Seats *        Ski Rack : 30 Euro + IVA tax ( 20 % )

* Trip Cancellation Insurance , please ask for the flyer

General Conditions:

* Delivery and collection:
Delivery and collection at Sicily by Car offices is free.
Auto Europa can also offer delivery and collection to the your hotels. In this case, hotel name , address / phone / fax / e.mail & your hotel confirmation number ( unless you booked it thru us ) must be provided at the time of reservation.
For this service a supplement of 21 Euro + IVA 20 % rax will apply and must be added.
For early or late : Pick up ir retun to Airport location / office ( outisde of the regular buisness hours): a fee of 31 Euro + IVA 20 % tax will be charged .

* You cant pick up or drive out with the Rent a car without :a valid credit card (Amex/Diners/VISA/Mastercard). For the rental of Luxury Cars, client must be in possession of 2 valid credit cards, of which at least one must be either American Express or Diners.

* Gas : A full tank costs ( varies based on oil prices ) ( approximately (€ 60- € 80 Euros ) , will be billed to your card as a refundable deposit when you pick up your car. The deposit will be refunded in full when you return the car with a full tank full, otherwise, the cost of the gas you used will be deducted from your deposit and a refueling service charge will be added with tax , as listed above.

* Late returns: For vehicle drop-offs, a maximum of 59 minutes late arrival is allowed after which, an extra day rental will be charged. No exceptions.

* Insurance:
Auto Europe Car rates are inclusive of a maximum of € 2.582.284,50 EURO per accident covering third party liability, it is your responsibility to read the fine print & all the details when you pic up your contrct locally in Italy, we are only a booking agent,we do not own/operate any rent a car .

* Age: The driver must be at least 23 years old , with a valid driver's license issued at least one year prior to the car rental date.

* Accessories: carriers, ski-racks, baby seats, snow chains, are available and have to be requested in advance at the time you make your reservation. The supplement for each of these items is €uro 26 + IVA (20%)

*Oil and maintenance: In case of emergency that requires you to add oil, please make sure to keep your receipt , an invoice must be made as well to Sicily by Car is presented. No maintenance repairs to the vehicle will be refunded unless prior authorization has been obtained from the local office of Sicily by Car .

*Type of vehicle: The type of car requested will always be given whenever possible , yet we can never guarantee it , we keep the right to provide any type / model car , as long as it is in the same category , i.e. small , mid size car etc.

* Parts that are not insurable: Possible damages to windscreen, wheels, roof, part below and internal of the car are not insured.

* Lose of documents, keys and registration number: If client loses documents or the keys of the car:
Your creditcard will be charged ( or if you wish to pay in cash of course ) :
Keys €uro 50 + IVA tax.
If you lose the registration number, the charge is of €uro 260 + IVA tax .
