4. We confirm your trip:
And you’ll review our confirmation and request any further changes. Only now will we bill the $500 deposit (more for yacht charters and special arrangements), with the balance due 60 days before travel. For international air travel, a deposit of half the ticket value is required to hold your seat. All details will be listed in your confirmation and booking form
5. Send us your Signed booking form.
Mail (when booking at least 60 days in advance) or scan and email it to us.
6. Your tickets and documents arrive well before your travel date.
We’ll FedEx your international air tickets seven business days after your check clears. We FedEx final documents seven business days after your final payment clears.

About Our Guides:
Tours and Nile cruises, our guides are certified Egyptologists licensed by the government. All have university degrees, many of them Ph.D.’s. In Morocco, the guides for our camel caravans and desert tours are local experts on the Sahara and Bedouin traditions. In Turkey, our city guides are government-licensed members of the tour guides’ guild, and the captains of our yachts have captains’ certification as well as long experience in sailing the waters of the Turquoise Coast.
