Departure from Barcelona at 8.00 a.m., to Zaragoza. Time at leisure to visit the “Basilica del Pilar“ consecrated to the "Holy Virgin of Pilar", patroness not only of this town but of all Spanish-speaking countries. Continue to Madrid. Overnight.

 

 



2nd day. MADRID - CORDOBA - SEVILLE - Thursday

We’ll linger today in Seville, where the Moors have left their mark in whitewashed houses, tile roofs, graceful archways, and a warren of intimate lanes with surprises at every turn. Our visit will take us to the monumental and stunning tower of La Giralda, the Cathedral that once echoed with daily calls to prayer, and the Palace of the Alcazar, with its delicately carved stonework and pleasure gardens that still delight. Your afternoon is free to wander the alleyways of Seville on your own, and perhaps to stop in and sample the tapas at an inviting establishment . Afternoon at leisure

 

 



4th day. SEVILLE - GRANADA - Saturday
Breakfast and departure to Granada. Visit Alhambra Palace and its Gardens of Generalife. The remainder of the day at leiusre.

 

 



5th day. GRANADA - Sunday
