Day 1 . Barcelona - Wednesday
Our local rep will meet you at the airport and assist with your transfer to your hotel. Bien Venido. Compare with Saturday Departure

Day 2. BARCELONA - Thursday
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning city sightseeing: We'll follow the Via Layetana, and visit the Barcelona Cathedral (ticket included in tour price). We'll continue around the Gothic Quarter, the oldest area of Barcelona, a virtual treasure house of medieval buildings stretching all around Sant Jaume Square. Then we'll cross centuries in a matter of minutes as we head to the Port and the Olympic Village.
After we tour the Olympic Stadium and Sant Jordi Palace, we head for the "Poble Espanyol" (Spanish Village) where the most typical regional architectural styles in Spain are reproduced. At the same time you will be able to taste the famous Catalan Cava. On your way back to the tour Terminal, we’ll make an optional stop at the HARD ROCK CAFE.Afternoon at leisure. Optional sightseeing tours.

Day 3 . BARCELONA - ZARAGOZA - MADRID - Friday
After breakfast, our local rep will escort you to the tour terminal , with departure from Barcelona at 8.00 a.m., to Zaragoza. Free time to allow you time to visit the “Basilica del Pilar“ consecrated to the "Holy Virgin of Pilar", patroness not only of this town but of all Spanish-speaking countries. Continue to Madrid. Overnight.

Day 4 . MADRID - CORDOBA - SEVILLE - Saturday (B)
Breakfast and departure to Cordoba. Our route takes us into La Mancha, the landscape of romance and adventure where Don Quixote tilted at windmills on our way to Cordoba. Here we'll visit the famous Mosque, one of the most notable in the days of Moorish rule.

Then we'll continue onward to Andalusia,Ecija, Carmona and Seville where comfortable beds await us in Seville.

Day 5 . SEVILLE - Sunday
Breakfast. We’ll linger today in Seville, where the Moors have left their mark in whitewashed houses, tile roofs, graceful archways, and a warren of intimate lanes with surprises at every turn. Our visit will take us to the monumental and stunning tower of La Giralda, the Cathedral that once echoed with daily calls to prayer, and the Palace of the Alcazar, with its delicately carved stonework and pleasure gardens that still delight. Your afternoon is free to wander the alleyways of Seville on your own, and perhaps to stop in and sample the tapas at an inviting establishment , monumental and panoramic visits. Afternoon at leisure

Day 6 . SEVILLE - JEREZ - CADIZ - COSTA DEL SOL (B) - Monday
Breakfast and departure to Jerez ,continue to Cádiz. with a Panoramic tour of the city then it is on to to Tarifa and Algeciras. Optional visit to Gibraltar, continuing to Costa del Sol. Dinner & overnight

Day 7 . COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA - Tuesday
Take your time! We've built an extra day into this itinerary to allow you to explore Granada independently. Perhaps you’ll return to the fabled Alhambra for a stroll through its fantastical gardens. Or, you can wander the Albaicin, the last quarter of the city occupied by the Moors, with its charming maze of alleys lined with houses with secret patios. According to whim and interest, you’ll visit the museum of composer Manuel de Falla, or the Fine Arts or Archaeology museum, or spend your day café-sitting and shopping. We’ll be pleased to arrange a tour, if you wish, from a number of options.

Day 8 . GRANADA - MADRID - Wednesday
Breakfast and visit. Alhambra and its Gardens of Generalife. Then we head back to Madrid (lunch on your own ). Tour ends at the tour terminal in Madrid
