Day 1. MADRID - Sunday
Arrival at Madrid Barajas Airport. Our local rep will escort you to your hotel. Category "A" Emperador Hotel or Convencion Madrid. Category " T", Tryp Rex or Convencion Hotel.

Day 2- Tour Madrid and The Royal Palace (B) - Monday
Our local rep will escort you from the hotel to the start of the : Group tour: Half day tour of the Royal Palace & a visit to the royal residence of El Pardo
The beautiful ROYAL PALACE, one of the best-preserved in all of Europe, is a fine example of 18th-century domestic regal architecture. It has enormous cultural and political symbolism as well. As the embodiment of Madrid as the capital of the Spanish realms, it is the site of glittering official receptions, royal audiences, gala dinners, and treaty signing ceremonies, as well as the presentation of credentials by diplomats to His Majesty the King.

The tour will conclude at the terminal, Plaza Oriente Square, Madrid. Remainder of the day at leisure , explore the city as you wish , return to the hotel on your own.

DAY 3. MADRID - CORDOBA - SEVILLE - Tuesday
We meet up at the hotel to escort you this morning to the coach terminal in Oriente Square in Madrid and set out by 9 a.m., making the most of our time aboard to introduce ourselves to each other and learn more about what lies ahead. Our route takes us into La Mancha, the landscape of romance and adventure where Don Quixote tilted at windmills. We’ll wind across hills and down into irrigated valleys, to Puerto Lápice, a town lost in time, looking much as it did in the seventeenth century. We might even espy the establishment where an innkeeper conferred knighthood upon Don Quixote. Then we’ll pass onward through the region of Valdepeñas, where fine Tempranillo grapes are grown, and cross the Canyon of Despeñaperros, and pass through the town of Bailén on our way to Cordoba. Here we’ll visit the famous Mosque, one of the most notable in the days of Moorish rule. Then we’ll continue onward to Andalusia, where dinner and comfortable beds await us in Seville.

DAY 4. SEVILLE, (B) Wednesday
We’ll stay all day in Seville, where the Moors have left their mark in whitewashed houses, tile roofs, graceful archways, and a warren of intimate lanes with surprises at every turn. Our visit will take us to the monumental and stunning tower of La Giralda, the Cathedral that once echoed with daily calls to prayer, and the Palace of the Alcazar, with its delicately carved stonework and pleasure gardens that still delight. Your afternoon is free to wander the alleyways of Seville on your own

DAY 5. SEVILLE - JEREZ - CADIZ - COSTA DEL SOL- Thursday ( B)
Breakfast. Departure to Jerez where an important wine cellar will be visited. Continuation to Cádiz. Panoramic tour. Optional visit to Gibraltar, continuing to Costa del Sol.

Day 6 . COSTA DEL SOL - Friday (B)
Breakfast . Day at leisure in the cosmopolitan Costa del Sol.

Day 7 . COSTA DEL SOL - GRANADA - Saturday (B)
Breakfast. Free time. In the morning, departure to Granada and overnight.

Day 8 . GRANADA - Sunday (B,L)
Breakfast, lunch and overnight. Visit the most remarkable Arab monuments: the Alhambra Palace and the Generalife. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 9 . GRANADA - Toledo - MADRID - Monday (B)
Breakfast. Our northward route takes us back through central Spain, to the historic city of Toledo, where fine steel making is a tradition and a craft, where Jews and Muslims and Christians all flourished in the Golden Age of Moorish Spain. Notable sights will include the Cathedral, of course, with masterpieces by El Greco; and the Alcázar, a fortress site from Roman times right into this century. Afternoon will see us back aboard the coach, on our way to Madrid and your hotel

DAY 10 - RETURN HOME (B) - Tuesday
Our staff escorts you to the airport for your flight home , hasta luego.
