LaVista Boutique Hotel & SPA is the first deluxe boutique hotel in Kusadasi. This brand new hotel was built in 2010. There are 39 rooms: 30 Suite rooms with living space and bedroom, and 9 standard rooms. All rooms have a balcony with a 180 degree unrestricted view.

The 30 suites are all decorated in the provance style and include both living room and bedroom.
