Ashdod Port: A Full day tour
Your private guide and private chauffeur will meet you with a sign at the port after you clear formalities. Expected time of arrival: 7 AM and start your tour (subject to clearing formalities) around 8 AM. Private air-conditioned vehicle at all times.
Pick up from Ashdod port – drive to Jerusalem, and start with the mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city. Stop at mount Zion to visit king David’s tomb, the room of the last supper and the Dormition Abbey. Enter the old city and walk through the Armenian and Jewish quarters to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman road. See the Jewish wailing wall, the Kotel, and then continue to the Christian quarter. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the church of holy Sepulchre. Continue to Bethlehem for an overview of shepherds’ field. Visit the church of Nativity and manger’s square, then we head back to Ashdod Port to board your cruise ship. Bon Voyage!

Pick up from Ashdod port and drive to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth. Visit a Dead Sea products shop. Drive along the shores of the Dead Sea to Massada. There you will learn about the heroic story of the Jewish fighters. Ascend by cable car and tour the mountain fortress built by king Herod, where the zealots of the first century made their last stand against the Romans. Visit the remains of the walls, palaces, synagogue, water cisterns, mosaic floors, roman baths and other findings. Descend by cable car. Continue to the Dead Sea; Enjoy the unique opportunity to swim and float in the waters of the Dead Sea that many believe has its therapeutic effects. On the way back we will view the Qumran caves where the Dead Sea scrolls were found, then we head back to Ashdod Port to board your cruise ship. Bon Voyage!

Arrival Ashdod Port – Spend The Night in Jerusalem Then Re-Board the Ship in Haifa.
Day 1: Ashdod Port – Jerusalem & Bethlehem – Jerusalem
After clearing formalities and meeting your private chauffeur and guide you will drive to Jerusalem and start with mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the city. Stop at mount Zion to visit king David’s tomb, the room of last supper and the Dormition Abbey. Enter the old city and walk through the Armenian and Jewish quarters to the recently excavated and restored Cardo, the Roman road. See the Jewish wailing wall, the Kotel, and continue to the Christian quarter. Walk along the Via Dolorosa and visit the church of holy Sepulchre. Continue to Bethlehem for an overview of shepherds’ field. Visit the church of Nativity and manger’s square. Check-in at your hotel in Jerusalem for overnight. This tour includes the hotel accommodation for this evening at the Dan Panorama Hotel or similar, with tax and breakfast the following day.
Day 2: Jerusalem – Dead Sea – Nazareth & Tiberias – Haifa port
After breakfast (included at the hotel), check-out then on proceed to the lowest place on earth. Visit the Dead Sea, then head to Nazareth, the town where Jesus spent his childhood. Visit the church of Annunciation and the church of St. Joseph. Continue, via Kana, to Tiberias, the lovely resort town.
Drive along the Kineret lake to visit Capernaum and view the ruins of the ancient synagogue where Jesus taught. Continue to Tabgha, the site of the miracle of fish and loaves located at the foot of the Golan heights. Proceed to Yardenit, the famous baptismal site where the Jordan river leaves the sea of Galilee. Continue to Haifa for a scenic view of the city, the port, and the Bahai gardens. Back to Haifa port.
